Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • "6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter"
  • "1/2 teaspoon cinnamon"
  • "Pinch of salt

Method
 

Prepare the filling
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and salt. Transfer to baking dish.
Make the crumble topping
  1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Rub in cold butter until crumbly.
Assemble and bake
  1. Sprinkle topping over filling and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Cool and serve
  1. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm.
