- Blend until smooth and thick.
Marinate the Chicken
- Place chicken thighs in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
- Coat with the marinade, ensuring all pieces are fully covered.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
Cook the Chicken

- Heat skillet until very hot.
- Sear chicken on each side until deeply browned.

Chop and Serve
