Method
Preheat
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice cabbage
- Remove outer leaves. Slice cabbage into 1 to 1.5-inch thick rounds through the core.
Season
- Whisk olive oil with all spices. Brush both sides of each steak generously.
Roast
- Roast for 25 minutes, flip, then roast another 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
Broil
- Optional: broil on high for 2–3 minutes for extra crispy edges.
Serve
- Serve immediately with your choice of sauce or toppings.
